《世界诗人书库》（双语对照）征稿启事

       为了推动世界各国诗人之间的相互了解和交流，促进诗歌的翻译与研究，弘扬伟大的诗歌艺术，国际文学艺术学院、国际诗歌翻译研究中心、环球文化出版社和《世界诗人》季刊（混语版）编辑部，决定联合编辑出版一套《世界诗人书库》（双语对照），计划在十年时间内（2005-2015），编辑出版各国重要诗人的个人诗集500-1000部。为了确保《世界诗人书库》的整体艺术质量，现面向世界各国诗人公开征稿。具体事宜如下：
       一、举凡各国有影响、有成就、有实力的诗人，不论国籍、语种、民族、宗教信仰、性别、年龄，均可来稿。
       二、《世界诗人书库》以自费公助形式出版，诗集的印刷费和邮寄费由作者自行承担，翻译费由国际诗歌翻译研究中心提供全额资助。
       三、《世界诗人书库》统一设计、统一制作、统一定价、统一出版，大32k，每部诗集为5个印张（160页），长诗、组诗、短诗均可，总行数请控制在1500-1600行之间，封面为250g铜版纸彩印，内页为80g铜版纸印刷，诗集勒口置有作者简介（双语对照），封底置有诗人彩色近照一帧。每部诗集印数为1000册，每册定价人民币30元，美金20元，欧元15元。诗集出版后，将向作者免费提供样书100册，其余诗集将随《世界诗人》杂志，寄赠联合国图书馆，、联合国教科文组织、世界重要国家国会图书馆、世界重要文学报刊、世界著名大学图书馆、世界知名文学研究专家、诺贝尔文学奖评审委员会等。
        四、在诗集出版的同时，《世界诗人》季刊（混语版），将以双语对照形式，推出诗人的代表性诗作3-4首，作者简介和彩色照片，向各国读者隆重推荐。
       五、每出版10部诗集，将由国际诗歌翻译研究中心国际执委会从中评选出一部最佳诗集，授予作者荣誉文学博士证书。
      六、作者来稿时，请自行编定其诗集的作者生平与艺术简历、诗集的目录和正文，在赐寄诗人母语文字打印稿的同时，需提供与母语文字打印稿内容完全等同的电子稿（供排版用），另外，请提供诗人精美的彩色照片二帧。

            Notice to Contributors of The Book Series of the World Poets(Bilingual)

        Warmly welcome poetic works from all over the world!
       With the view of enhancing the communication of poets throughout the world as well as the development of poetry translation and research, the Editorial Department of the World Poets (Quarterly), together with International Academy of Arts and Letters, International Poetry Translation and Research Centre, the Earth Culture Press, decide to publish a series of personal collection of poems entitled The Book Series of World Poets (Bilingual). The publication(2005-2015) is planned to consist of 500-1000 volumes.
Detailed information is as follows:
       1. Poets with influence, achievement and capability in poetic creation, in any country, any language, any nation , any religion and age, ate warmly welcome to send your works to us.
       2. Fees for the printing and the postage of The Books Series of World Poets are paid by the authors themselves. Translation of the poetic works is sponsored by International Poetry Translation and Research Centre.
        3. The Book Series of World Poets are published in the same style of 32K and priced according to the same criterion. Each volume, 160 pages with 1500-1600 lines, can be composed of any type of poems like long poems, short poems and serial poems. Front cover is colorfully printed with copper plate paper (250g) and inside page is printed with offset paper (80g). On inside front cover fold is the brief introduction of the author (bilingual). A colored pictere of the author will be represented on the back cover. Each volume is printed in 1000 copies. Price of each copy is :￥30, US$ 20 or EUR 15. After the publication of his collection of poems, the author will get 100 copies of sample books free of charge. Part of these copies, with the World Poets, will be presented to the UN Library, UNESCO, Nobel Prize Committee, the libraries of famous universities and literary research institutes, etc.
       4. There to five poems from an author’s collection of poems are meanwhile represented in the World Poets, with his/her brief introduction and colored picture.
       5. International Committee of International Poetry Translation and Research Centre will select the best one among each ten volumes that are published, and meanwhile award the author a certificate of “Honorble Doctor of Literature".
       6. Besides the collection of poems (printed) with his/her self-introduction about poetic experience and the table of conterts, an author is supposed to send us a diskette of the same content and two pieces of his/her colored pictures.
       7. Fees paid by the author add up to ￥ 9800 (US $1500 or EUR 1200).
